Refund policy

Our goal is for you to love your jewelry. We accept pre-approved returns of unworn jewelry initiated within 7 days of fulfillment for a refund (minus a restocking fee), or within 14 days for store credit.  

Please click here to start a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (usually around $4). Jewelry must be unworn and with the original box or cotton pouch.
 
Restocking fees only apply to refunds and are 5% or less. Our restocking fee covers nonrefundable charges accumulated during the checkout process and is necessary for us to be able to offer cash refunds. If you'd rather receive 100% store credit, let us know. We appreciate your understanding! 

Items purchased at a discount are only eligible to exchange for store credit. 

Please note that these pieces are final sale:
  • vintage clothing and accessories 
  • apothecary items (fragrances, candles)
  • custom pieces, including engraving
  • ceremonial rings
  • any item labelled “FINAL SALE”

Fraud Policy

Orders flagged with a high risk of fraud may be cancelled and refunded minus associated fees. We will do our best to contact you if this happens and offer alternative options.

Loss or Damage

Rackk & Ruin does not assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, we do insure all our order shipments up to $200. Insurance above $200 can be purchased for as low as $1. You can purchase additional insurance or begin a claim by emailing us.
 
If your order arrives damaged, we recommend that you save all packaging as well as photograph the package's exterior (ideally before opening) for necessary documentation. If the packaging wasn't damaged but the jewelry/order was broken upon arrival, please email us and we will quickly process a replacement.
