Shipping

Web orders made before 5pm during our open hours (Wednesday through Saturday) will ship the next business day. Select pieces are made-to-order, as noted in their descriptions; please note the associated production times. The specified production time estimates when the piece will be ready to ship after you make your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept the timely return of unworn jewelry for store credit or a refund minus a small restocking fee. There are a few exceptions, such as apothecary items and custom jewelry.

What is 'R&R Sourced?'

R&R Sourced refers to pieces that we don't manufacture in our studio, but are instead sourced from other reputable USA-based jewelry suppliers. We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of these pieces, and they are eligible for our lifetime repair service just like our studio-made jewelry.

We are a very small team, and this allows us to expand our offerings at a great price point for our customers. We are always transparent about our supply practices, so please email us if you have any questions!

Adjustments

We are a small team and encourage customers to be fitted at our studio (or their local jewelry store) before ordering rings. We also offer $4 take-home ring sizers here. Ring resizing costs $40-85.

Custom chain lengths or adjustments costs $20. Please note that we cannot increase the length of vintage chains, but may be able to shorten them.
