Shipping
Web orders placed before 5 PM during our open hours (Wednesday to Saturday) typically ship within one to two business days. Some items are made-to-order, as indicated in their descriptions, so please check the associated production times. This estimated production time reflects when the piece will be ready to ship after your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept timely returns of unworn jewelry for store credit or a refund, minus a small restocking fee. Please note that some items, like apothecary products, clothing, and custom jewelry, are excluded. We encourage you to review our full return policy here.

What is 'R&R Sourced?'
'R&R Sourced' refers to pieces that we source from reputable jewelry suppliers, many of which are based in the USA, rather than manufacturing them in our studio. We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of these items, and they are eligible for our lifetime repair service, just like our studio-made jewelry.
As a small team, this approach allows us to expand our offerings while keeping prices accessible for our customers. We are committed to transparency in our sourcing practices, so please don’t hesitate to reach out via email if you have any questions!
Adjustments
As a small team, we encourage customers to get properly fitted at our studio (or their local jewelry store) before ordering rings. We also offer $4 take-home ring sizers available here. Ring resizing costs between $40 and $85, while custom chain lengths or adjustments are priced at $20.
Please note that while we cannot extend the length of vintage chains, we'll likely be able to shorten them.
