Shipping policy

 All orders are shipped out of the Rackk & Ruin studio where the pieces are made. Please email us if you’d like assistance with shipping times and estimates. 

Web orders made before 5pm during our open hours (Wednesday through Saturday) will ship out the following day. Select pieces are made-to-order, as noted in their descriptions; please note the associated production times. The specified production time estimates when the piece will be ready to ship after you make your purchase.

International Orders

Rackk & Ruin is not responsible for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.  This includes import taxes and courier fees.

Import VAT (value added tax) varies by destination country. The EU and UK import VAT is a rate of 20% and is often due at time of import (delivery). Please familiarize yourself with taxes you owe where you live to avoid unexpected charges.

Shipping Insurance

Rackk & Ruin does not assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, we do insure all our order shipments up to $200. Insurance above $200 can be purchased for as low as $1. You can purchase additional insurance or begin a claim by emailing us.
 
If your order arrives damaged, we recommend that you save all packaging as well as photograph the package's exterior (ideally before opening) for necessary documentation. If the packaging wasn't damaged but the jewelry/order was broken upon arrival, please email us and we will quickly process a replacement.

Local Pickup

We encourage local customers to pick up their order in store to reduce our collective carbon footprint and get the order more quickly. This option is available at checkout in the shipping section.
