Repairs

Our jewelry is designed for longevity, but even well-loved pieces can experience wear and tear. We believe in a “repair and re-wear” mindset that aligns with our sustainability goals. At Rackk & Ruin, we’re committed to helping you extend the life of your jewelry investments and offer discounted replacements when needed.

Repairs start at $10. For repairs due to natural wear and tear or misuse, costs will be charged to the customer. However, we will cover any repair costs resulting from a production defect within three months of purchase.
