A charm keeper allows you to switch out your charms without taking off the entire necklace, and to wear smaller charms on a chain that would otherwise be too bulky to fit. It also functions as a charm on its own. 

Made in Italy.

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is for you to love your jewelry. We accept pre-approved returns of unworn jewelry initiated within 7 days of fulfillment for a refund (minus a small restocking fee), or within 14 days for store credit.  

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (usually around $5).

Exceptions

Items purchased at a discount are only eligible to exchange for store credit. 

Please note that these pieces are not eligible for return:

  • vintage clothing and accessories 
  • apothecary items (fragrances, candles)
  • custom pieces, including engraving

  • any item labelled “FINAL SALE”
