I ordered a silver bangle in xs size and it fits perfectly on my wrist. It was a tight squeeze but I managed to get it on with the help of lotion. 😀 And I love the way it looks…it’ll be my go to piece that I won’t take off

We accept timely return of unworn jewelry for store credit, or a refund minus a small restocking fee.

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is for you to love your jewelry. We accept pre-approved returns of unworn jewelry initiated within 7 days of fulfillment for a refund (minus a small restocking fee), or within 14 days for store credit.  

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (usually around $5). 

We encourage you to review our full return policy here.

Exceptions

Items purchased at a discount are only eligible to exchange for store credit. 

Please note that these pieces are not eligible for return:

  • vintage clothing and accessories 
  • apothecary items (fragrances, candles)
  • custom pieces, including engraving
  • ceremonial rings
  • any item labelled “FINAL SALE”
