It does not reduce the durability of the gem and is permanent, requiring no additional care than a tourmaline that has not been heated. Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is for you to love your jewelry. We accept pre-approved returns of unworn jewelry initiated within 7 days of fulfillment for a refund (minus a small restocking fee), or within 14 days for store credit.  

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (usually around $5).
