Our hand wrought Aegean Charm Necklace recalls the first generations of vibrant ancient life that stirred on the shores of its namesake sea.
The Minoan culture had an affinity for natural symbology that carried throughout Greco-Roman paganism. Nearly all of the early art forms in this region were depictions of flora and fauna, steeped in mythos. In later generations, early metal workers crafted these images in golden forms as an evocation of powerful natural forces. The Phia, Pisces and Anthos charms function similarly in our design, with the addition of a Baroque pearl.

We love baroque pearls because they are beautifully and naturally asymmetrical. This also means that they are each unique in their color, shape, and size.
