For optimal durability, these hoops are designed for continuous wear—frequent opening and closing can weaken their structure.

To open and close, simply twist at the seam; avoid pulling the sides apart, as this can distort the shape.

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is for you to love your jewelry. We accept pre-approved returns of unworn jewelry initiated within 7 days of fulfillment for a refund (minus a small restocking fee), or within 14 days for store credit.  

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (usually around $5).
