I was planning to wear these earrings on my wedding weekend and saved up for a long time to order them. They shipped them on a fairly timely basis, but unfortunately there was a problem with the shipping and handling and the parcel has been lost. I understand this is out of their control, but no concerted effort has been made whatsoever to rectify the problem. I placed the order in February dry and it is now nearly the end of May and they’ve done nothing to ensure I get reimbursed or that I receive the earrings. This is greatly disappointing — I sincerely feel I’ve been stolen from. This is my first time leaving a public review but feel it is necessary when I’ve paid nearly 200 euros for an item that I clearly will not receive or be reimbursed for. I’m quite sad as well that I won’t get to wear these on my wedding weekend as I’ve been dreaming of including them in my look for literally years. I’m deeply disappointed and will be making a claim as the company clearly has every intention of taking my money for jewelry I’ll never receive.

Your package was not delivered because it went unclaimed at your local post office, and was returned to sender. The package took a while to make its way back to our studio from France. Once we received it, we immediately sent you a replacement using a faster carrier. I’m happy to confirm that they were delivered in time for your wedding weekend!
In cases where packages are actually lost in transit, insurance claims take only about a week to process. Additionally, we now only use UPS and DHL for international shipments, which offer more timely deliveries than the service used for your order.
