Custom lengths are possible; simply include your length preference in the order notes. Please note that this customization adds a 1-2 week production time to your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is for you to love your jewelry. We accept pre-approved returns of unworn jewelry initiated within 7 days of fulfillment for a refund (minus a small restocking fee), or within 14 days for store credit.  

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (usually around $5).

Exceptions

Items purchased at a discount are only eligible to exchange for store credit. 

Please note that these pieces are not eligible for return:

  • vintage clothing and accessories 
  • apothecary items (fragrances, candles)
